I’m a bit tardy on this post, but here is what’s going on in his world.
Tricks: Clapping (one hand slaps the top of his other hand), waving bye-bye, shaking his head No, walking and regular crawling (finally!), saying “Duck” which sounds like “Duh”, Saying “Cat” which sounds like “Kah” or sometimes just like the letter “T”, standing up in your crib, swinging any door open and closed, and pushing your cart around. Phew!
Eating: Still eating mostly solids and 4 bottles of formul, but he’s tried a ton of adult food this last month. Strawberries, Cantaloupe, Grapes, Banana, Avocado, Rice, Orzo Pasta, Chicken, Beans, LOVE Mozzarella cheese, Banana Bread, Potatoes, and Pot Roast. He hasn’t turned anything away yet!
Sleeping: A beautiful 11 hours a night. God Bless you child!!
Stats: He weighs between 19 and 20 lbs and is probably around 28 to 29 inches.
Teeth: One more just broke through in the last few days. It’s the tooth to the right of the front teeth. Since they usually come in pairs, I’m guessing that the right front with shortly follow.
Alex, you are cautious in your movements yet bold in your chatter and you always command the room everywhere we go. You are one special little dude and I adore your sweet personality…even when you grunt at me because I’m not feeding you fast enough. Love, your Mom.
