This post is over due since this happened last month, but its still worth mentioning. As you know, this was on my list to do I can’t even tell you how much fun I had. 6 of us girls from my Mom group went out to dinner and then hit this spot called Painted. Its an open studio/boutique type place… Read more →

List of 33 – Update
I think I’m around 40% ish done. Here is what I’ve finished or kept up with. Its nice to revisit this list periodically so I can keep it fresh on my brain. I have a lot of work to do but I’m excited to finish all of them! 1. Take the kids to Disneyland. 2. Go on a monthly date night with… Read more →
Plumbing – day 3 “double trouble”
Oh, hello lover! (Aka: 2nd shower head). This morning was the first shower. Imagine me washing my hair singing Aladdin’s “A Whole New World”. There isn’t much more I can say other than it felt so good. The shower heads that Chuck put on aren’t the most modern looking but they were free and the water flows beautifully through them.… Read more →
Plumbing – day 2

Pre-School and Plumbing

Alex’s classroom is pretty close to a pre-school environment so I call it school for him. Chloe’s room does a lot of instruction too but mostly playtime and sing-alongs. Last Sunday… Read more →
Chloe in the bath
Since I’ve chosen to make Alex bathe every other night to avoid the fight, Lo took a bath solo tonight. Henry is working late and I managed to actually cook dinner by myself while tending to the babes. They both ate dinner and sat quietly long enough for me to eat my food! It was amazing and it gave me… Read more →
Cooking Class {Fish Tacos}
Groupon had a deal for a cooking class for two people at our Sacramento Food Co-op and I thought it would be ridiculously fun. (Plus its on my list of 33). I invited Amy as a belated “birthday” gift and we picked from the list of classes. First we chose a pizza making one, but it was sold out. So… Read more →
Pinterest Challenge – String Art
I saw this project on Pinterest and wanted to give it a shot as a birthday present for our friend Kane. He’s turning two. His Mom loved the idea so I set out on my mission. I must have looked like a MORON wandering through Home Depot for wood and wood stain. I probably walked the store 4 times over.… Read more →
