Almost caught up!!
I don’t know her stats this month, but I do know she looks like a toddler now. Those 4 teeth are about halfway out now, so when she smiles, she looks like a kid!! Kills me. Her hair is fluffy & curly when its fresh out of the bath and its still looking light brown. I do wonder if it will go blond this summer like Alex’s did.
She is very close to walking. The record is 4 steps before falling on her face. She’s a trooper at falling down now. She knows how to land softly on her tush. You just have to make sure to clear the path and let her go for it. The girl has has some good bumps and bruises on her forehead lately due to the constant toys everywhere or the occasional table edge. That’s how they learn, right?
New tricks include: sticking her tongue out, making a kissing noise by smacking her lips together, pulling herself up on EVERYTHING, clapping, crawling away giggling while you chase her, and turning on her glow worm music toy in her bed.
Sleep has been pretty good this month. I’d say she’s mostly sleeping all the way through now with the occasional wake up from a noisy big brother or a poopy diaper. The girl HATES dirty diapers. I don’t blame her. The cloth diapers are still going strong. They have held up exceptionally well and I’d say we use them about 90% of the time. I cut my mom some slack with the disposable diapers when the kids are at her house and we also use them at night. Chloe soaks them over night and it would get her jammies, sleep sack, and sheets wet too.
My favorite thing about her is her personality. If I could guess what she’ll be like as an adult, I would say she’d be bold, sassy, a leader, and a very social person. Pretty much some one I’d wanna hang out with. She makes the family just laugh with astonishment at her behavior. Screeching, grunting, throwing shit, pounding her hands on the table, and then ends it with the sweetest smiles you’ve ever seen. Now that’s a chick who knows how to handle herself. Love it.
