No, Alex did not get to actually paint but he sure liked that roller. I especially liked it when he rolled it over my back. I’m going to count that as a massage.
For 2 hours after dinner and baby bed time, we finished the room. Other than a few spots where I plan on going back to touch up some edging, we are pretty much done. We only did one coat and still have half the can left so I’ll take the week to decide if I want to do another coat. Probably not. I did about 10% of the painting last night (in between looking awkward sitting on the floor and breathing hard) so unless Hank is up to doing this again, we’ll just leave it. All in all, the paint color is still to my liking and I give us a solid A- for our first attempt at this. Now comes the fun part….decorating!
