Just like his mom, Alex has a huge attachment to his blankie. Its something I’ve put in his crib since around 6 months or so and now he needs it to go to sleep. He drags it around, chews on it, and rubs it on his face A LOT. We’ve since bought 2 more to keep at the Grandma’s houses as back ups. Its nice having something that soothes him so easily, but its used so much that even weekly washings don’t get rid of the perma-smell. It stinks. Which is probably why he loves it. Apparently, baby spit is potent stuff. The creator of the slikies also makes toddler blankets. Gift from Santa maybe??
